Just take a damn multi vitamin already and stay out of the sun. You can usually find it calcium supplements beacuse it's needed to absorb the calcium properly. Also found in eggs, fish, butter and lots of other stuff!

What a bunch of crap. When will we learn that these "experts" change their opinions about as often as most people change their socks? They really have no idea what is good for people and what isn't. This amazing cure-all is probably just fanfare put out by some drug company afraid of losing their already ridiculous profits margin.
