My brother has one, all it is is a ball inside a casing. You have like a string that u insret into the ball then rotate the ball so the string goes right around. Then u pull the string and quickly rotate ur wrist. The idea is to rotate the ur wrist in the oposite direction that the ball is spinning in. Its actually pretty hard to keep the ball spinning. Its designed to strengthen your wrist it does what it is designed to do. It also records how fast u can spin it on the top by displaying the reading. There is a competition on who can get it the farstest.

I actually own one of these, only gotten it up to about 11,000 rpm though.
beternal: it's an unbalanced gyroscope enclosed in a plastic shell, you spin the center wheel up by moving the entire thing in a circular motion. It gets harder to move the faster it spins (I could probably explain the physics of it but meh). The use of it? Strengthen your forearm muscles for a stronger grip, useful for tennis, baseball, golf, judo or masturbation.
