"If you want to wear suits thats fine but don't tell me whats the "proper" way"
When you wear a suit there the general rules are based on how that kind of clothing was designed to look with other clothes. It has always been the style to show just a little shirt cuff while wearing a coat but it’s only important in a formal setting. I mean, why wear cufflinks to a wading if no one will ever see them? Now, not buttoning the last coat button is just so your coat doesn’t bunch in the front when you sit down. A lot of what they were saying in that film was that in the end it is up to you how you fit this stuff into your own style but it’s important to know the general idea behind dressy fashion. Even Trump was saying that he doesn’t follow all the rules. It’s just that any set of cloths have general things you don’t do with them. Would you wear a heavy flannel with swim trunks? How about a dress shirt and tie with jogging pants?
