wow, some people go thru so much searching to prove something. Im glad its not real tho...than people would over populate and lower the food chain. Many animals that used to be human food are now either endangered or extinct. Over population would be horrible. I like cheese burgers and would hate to have to eat fruit for the rest of the world...wouldnt you? I have nothing against vegitarians, I even tried to be one before, its just I found that tacos (my fav food) dont taste right without meat. :)))

sorry to dissapoint you all.
But I confirm, IT IS A FAKE !
The article submitted by blahblah3349 in the "the sunday times." was reporting a Jonathan Leake a science-editor as the reporter of this article. I've searched for this name and found this site : http://www.numberwatch.co.uk/2001%20December.htm
Scrool close to the bottom of the page, it is written :
Post-science Journalist of the Year is Jonathan Leake of the Sunday Times. He has published so many stories revealing the triumph of imagination over scientific evidence that it seems invidious to pick out one. However, one of his many global warming stories is head and shoulders above others, see Leaf Mould in November. A subsequent analysis (aptly entitled Making the News) showed that all four graphs used in the story benefited more from creative imagination than they did from the original scientific data.
Sorry all, I would had really liked that this article was real, it would be so great for our future...
