Spain and France both are light to around 12:00am. So that means if we change our clocks we will be on the same page as them. Plus to all you idiots who dont see how this works let me explain. We use at least 4 times as much energy at night as we do in the morning. So let me make out a chart... Morning="-1" Mid day="0" (Not effected) Night="+4" Total="+3" Which means we will save a lot more energy then what we lose.
