The LSD spider web is complete, only the you can't see the thin threads on the lower half of the web because of the cameras resolution. What a perfectly symmetrical web.

Since spiders bodies are a lot less complex than ours, they might not even have some of the receptors in their brains for these drugs to bind too. Therefore it may just be sort of a general toxicity test. They probably do have a serotonin receptor though, which is the one LSD bind too. LSD is actually very non-toxic and any talk of "brain damage" is complete and utter rubbish.

its funny since i just downed 120 mg's of caffeine before this in less than 10 seconds, a starbuck`s doubleshot espresso & cream, after i had a pepsi(38 mg`s), and now i`m drinking coffee, which is 110 milligrams. equals 268 milligrams. yipee!!!

They never said how much caffiene they used in relation to how much of the other substances. They could have used one spider-sized dose of LSD and fifty spider-sized doses of caffiene.
