The reason to use cold water and not hot when cooking isn't that it will get dirty in the water heater. It is that hot water is more likely to pick up lead from the solder joints in your house if you have an older house that they used lead solder. And giving your kids brain damage. You water will have much less lead in it if you use cold water than hot. Another good idea is letting the water run for a bit to make sure no lead is in it. As the longer the water sits the more lead could have been put in the water.

sushi is cooked, eating completly raw would make you sick, its just cooked/ steamed at a lower amount then usual like 140 degrees, you can look up stuff like that with cooks who do ' raw ` food which is mainly a lot of shredded veggies, but everything is cooked under 200 degrees.
