and no, it wouldnt have been as funny if the roles were reversed and the man was killing off the wife in reply to the person above. this is not commonly a problem for men seeing as how men have considerable more amounts of testosterone which aid in producing orgasms (along with sex drive). there are exceptions on both sides, but this along with anatomical reasons cause women overall to have the problems with climax. so to reverse the roles in this gag commercial would not be as logical, therefore not as funny.
