SPrinkZ I must disagree. First Americans are not taught near enough "world history" and secondly from what I have seen the history being taught shows Americans in a less than good light. Research the first Thanksgiving story and compare it with what you were taught. BTW I find it ironic so many people live in the US, yet the have disdain for it. Hmm wonder if they were taught to be little robots and like many of their teachers resent their own country. How many other countries have citizens so against the country the live in? Do Germans,Japanese, or Italians hate their country for what actions were taken in WWII? Um not that I have noticed. The USA is not perfect, but we sure have done a lot of good for the entire world.

That's patent nonsense Mike. Americans are taught history more than any developed nation on the planet because the narrative they tell is there to instill patriotism. It`s not a real story. Chaos breaks out, and fights happen but America is always the good guy and just so happens to be in the right place at the right time, or helping their allies. It`s farcical.

Maybe if schools taught history again instead of all the political crap like how evil mankind is to make man made global warming and other BS that's being shoved down kids throats. Ask A high school kid when WWII was and most of them wouldn`t even get the right decade.
