Kids are better than sleep. No amount of sleeping in will ever compare to your kids saying "I love you daddy" (or mommy).

As someone who had kids early in life and is now enjoying a semi-retirement in his early 50's, I can attest to the accuracy of both sides of that list.

I'm going to post this just because I`m surprised that no one really knows about it. I heard it mentioned in psyc class in uni and later confirmed by the interwebs.

Garlic increases testosterone. The males testosterone levels influence the sex of the child. If you and your partner want to engage in planned parenthood, the behaviours (and health) of the male can have influence the range of possible outcomes. Cheers.
