Interesting. There is a tenth lesson in his video, or at least an underlying common thread, and that is to accept your mortality.
And the focusing on the moment, the letting go, the introspection, very zen.
Isn't it funny, how by the time you understand life, it ends? Yes, he also does tangently touch that.

Not entirely true. Mostly true but not entirely. You have to have a general direction and the discipline to make sensible decisions. Otherwise, you are just depending on luck.

Draculya If you want a general direction, I would say always take the high ground. Everyone looks better up there. It isn't crowded. And you can see your enemies coming.
