Submitted by: fancylad 1 week ago in Lifestyle

So what if his kids and wife starts taking his advice and waking up at 4:30am? Obviously, his 'selfish' time is now with the people he's trying to get away from.

If he stays in bed, he'll miss saying bye to his kids. But if he goes to bed, he'll miss being awake with his kids. I think that'll be his, and his kids' loss.

Most nights i'm in bed by 3am and wake up either 7am or 8am.  11 pm or 12am would be hard to fall asleep at.

Ive been told its healthier to go to bed early at night and wake up early in the morning.

Going by that, if I were on the other side of the planet it would be just as healthy to go to bed early in the morning and wake up late at night. But apparently the latter is unhealthy.

layla_wilson Whatever works for you. Unless The Man is controlling your time.

But you do seem a little confused about how time zones work.  If this was a joke I applaud it.

LordJim If the idea that a comment by layla_wilson might be a joke seems farfetched to you, you might want to pay closer attention. I do agree that her obvious passion about very unfunny topics could lead to that conclusion.

semichisam01 LordJim Yes it was a joke, and I'm not sure what is implied by the response but I'm sure you mean no offence with it.

My question would be is how does he have a relationship with is wife or kids?  If you go to bed at 8pm, thats really not much post work time imo.

Or maybe he doesn't work?
