Ah the beauty of America. Take out a 5 million dollar loan, purchase a lot somewhere downtown-ish. Hire a bunch of starry eyed idealist's that still believe, despite all the evidence to the contrary, that hard work pays off. Pay them all shit. Buy shitty food, call it gourmet, charge a ton per plate. Never lift a finger, get praised for being "the most hardworking, educated, sophisticated entrepreneur"  in the country.
