The dance is believed to increase the productivity of a village that it is performed in, and is seen as tool of unity for the Guro community, and by extension the whole country.

Wow....what a morning wake up that was. At first I wasn't going to click on this post but something said check it out. SOOOOO glad I did. What a great post about a very interesting dance, and that song. I liked it so much I just went to Itunes and bought it. Will soon be my new workout song.
