The Senate Has The Votes To Possibly Block The Latest FCC Ruling

Submitted by: kalron27 1 month ago in News & Politics Tech

The fight for Net Neutrality is not dead.

50 US Senators have approved legislation to halt the FCC decision to disband Net Neutrality.  If they get one more vote, it's over.  Or it will force a tie breaking vote by Pence, which will not look good to the public.

This is a good time to remind everyone of this site. I honestly believe it is making a difference:

Battle for the Net

Vote for Net Neutrality

Bonus Material: Joe Rogan talks to Jessica Rosenworcel, FCC commissioner who dissented the deregulation decision, about Net Neutrality and the future of the internet.

By making it a congressional vote, repugs will have to take the political hit for their party's business-over-the-people stance.

How can they only have 50 votes for this? What the hell is wrong with the Senators? They need 67 votes to override Trump's veto. This is one of those issues that everyone should be able to get behind.
