TLDR; We live in an era where people have lost the ability to tell what is true and not.

I wonder how many people judge NDT on his skin tone.  The germans during WWII disregarded Einstein's work because it was considered "Jewish science".

The paradox is if NDT is correct, then how can people tell if this video is true or not?

Yes, people have lost the ability to judge what is true and what is not.  I've seen this happening over many years.  It's almost like when a society rejects God it becomes delusional and unable to establish objective truth, but considers biased opinion as 'truth'.  I've seen this not only in many anti-theists and atheists online, but in people who deny facts they don't like (which may make their nation look bad), where their philosophy prevents them from understanding the evidences available.  Instead opting to rely on madness and positive claims with not a single shred of evidence to back them up.

But the west had this coming for a while - ala 'reap what you sow'.

monkwarrior Almost every single "Christian" I know is 1) hypocritcal, 2) lies constantly, and 3) cherry picks biblical passages to suit whatever they are talking about in the name of "God" - to a massively greater degree than anyone else I've ever met. As a former born-again (and the hypocrisy being why I left the church), I have literally thousands of examples of this. God is "rejected" because of rampant hypocrisy among "believers".

devthep thanks for airing your desperation, but your personal anecdote is nothing but fallacious.

The reality is God is rejected for many reasons, none sensible.

monkwarrior Preach your Western Media Delusion to me! Where is this nonsense coming from? Are you coming up with this bullshit yourself?
Please, try to be as vague as possible when you speak.

boredhuman Sorry i don't feed trolls.  If you can't see what's happening in the nation south of canada and north of mexico, that's really too bad.

monkwarrior Sorry, I don't have the conspiracy tinted glasses you're wearing:

Care to lend me a pair? Where are you getting this Western Media Delusion bullshit?

monkwarrior Please, tell me more about me. You know me better than I do, wise monk.
I know where you're getting the 9/11 conspiracy shit - you've linked it. Where are you getting this Western Media Delusion bullshit?

boredhuman Well one thing for sure: you're quite desperate.  If you think you're so sure, why not answer the 50 questions they can't answer about 9/11, that's right, because the evidence clearly is too difficult for people like you to sensibly stand up to, hence your desperation.  Or let me guess, you don't want to because you don't like it, and prefer the opinions the media told you (which tickle your ear), to the actual truth and facts, which give you reason to grieve that nation.

monkwarrior Sorry, I couldn't get past the first 15 minutes which had nothing to do with 9/11 and were about Peal Harbor (I assume trying to use blase "facts" to try to psychologically steer people into "conspiracy theory" territory).

I was there for 9/11. Would have been in Cornucopia in T1 and then on the Path to P/N, but I slept in late at my girlfriends. Still have nightmares to this day since I couldn't get through to anyone in my company and NYC was like a post apocalyptic surreal dream. Stop with your fake bullshit.

devthep sorry to hear for your loss.  But your personal anecdote doesn't hide the fact that explosive evidence was found at the crime scene. I wish you well in overcoming the opinions the media hammered into you as fact, while rejecting fats that show the official report to be a fabrication.

boredhuman by saying 9/11 conspiracy, you throw your philosophy in with those who have lost the ability to judge what is true and what is not, because evidence points to the official report being a fabrication.

monkwarrior Hang on, you're a flat earther, moon hoaxer Christian. Since when have you bothered about evidence?

DrCribbens Hang on, you claim I'm a flat earther, and you think i'm a moon hoaxer, but you have no evidence for either, and you're assuming i don't bother with evidence?  That's pretty rich.

While i admit i do question some things about the curvature of the earth that i'm still trying to find time and funds to figure out on my own, and i have questioned the moon landing and seen reason to question it, i've never said the earth is flat or that the moon landing is a hoax.

Thanks for removing the clickbaity title of the video. This video has very little to do with Trump, and has a lot to do with people denying facts as a result of their love for confirmation bias.

bliznik I purposely avoided using Trump or anything Political in the title or subtitle.  I didn't choose the thumbnail sadly.

bliznik How many people do you think will be able to make it past the title and the thumbnail, and come to a similar conclusion? (:
