I didn't think there was such a thing as a female douchebag until I saw this video.  That doesn't excuse the boys though... they are an order of magnitude doucheyer than all other douchebags I know of.

skeeter01 LOL... I like the confidence with which you used the word doucheyer. Good job there, Mr. Skeeter.

I figured was just them trying to make a thing.  It seems too pointless to become an actual thing.

layla_wilson when something is so fucked up, it never should've been said. What a horrible thing to even think to have happened.

layla_wilson I'm not one for blaming every fad on our species trying to weed out the worst of us. That's what the opioid epidemic is for.

Called the cops on some people outside my store yesterday for being high AF and bothering customers. One of my regulars was like, "Why don't you just ask them to leave?"

My reply, "Because I would rather they be questioned by the police, and maybe go to jail. I don't want them to view this store as a safe place to be who they are."

Although I probably didn't sound as cool as it looks in text. Lets be fair.

profworm but the opioid epidemic in the states has affected some of the best in society by drug pushing doctors that over prescribe, without warning of side effects/addiction.

It doesn't sound cool at all. You should have asked him to leave, if he refused then yeh call the police.

layla_wilson I never see the best of society on heroin. I see shoplifters with a sense of entitlement that I can't even fathom where they get from, since they come in covered in sores and filthy. I see them steal from me and from each other, and still think they're the most important person in the room.

These people rolled up high as hell and grimy as fuck in front of my store while I was working alone, in a Mitsubishi more expensive than anything I could ever afford. They were trying to use the fact that I was open at 4 AM as a safety net, so that their drug deal wouldn't go south. This sort of thing happens a lot.

I called the cops because I should have called the cops. I protected my store.

I like you, Layla, and I don't know your experiences in this world and wouldn't presume to. But please understand that I was right this time. The driver was arrested, and the passengers fled with the memory that it's not safe to do their business here. I have to do that.

I hate it. It shouldn't be in my job description. But I have to.

profworm ok, I change my opinion. What you originally said had me imagining a single junkie outside your store, if it was drug dealers, yeh call the cops. Not just because they are dealers, but no doubt a danger to yourself and customers.

I've seen quite a few documentaries about the over prescription of opioids in the US, doctors push extremely strong drugs for minor ailments on anyone and everyone that comes for help, in alot  of cases these people aren't properly advised the dangers of opioid addiction, they take them, get addicted then at somepoint wether it's weeks or months later, Are taken off of them cold Turkey. Withdrawal sends people mad and they will do anything they wouldent usually do to stop the withdrawl, which in many cases is start illegally buying heroin. If they need money for the heroin, they will do anything to secure funds for it. Not out of greed of feelings of entitlement but purely because of the affect opioid addiction has on the brain.

btw, the reason you never see the best of society on heroin is because by the time their addiction has become visible, they have already fallen among the low of the low.
