Ajit Pai got his wish and ended Net Neutrality today. Now it's up to Congress to prevent it, which won't happen no matter how much we try. There was even a security scare just before he passed his vote that cleared the committee room.
The two dissents were from Mignon Clyburn and Jessica Rosenworcel. You can read their statements against the vote here, they're both lengthy, but pretty compelling.
In the end, Pai boasted that the concerns were unfounded and fabrications by the Left. In addition, this end will bring freedom back to the Internet. Question, when was freedom missing from the Internet?
I can't wait to feel this in my bum from Comcast... my one and only option for internet service.
[There were a lot of submissions for this one and Disney Buying Fox -- I go with the first in, but I don't want anyone to think I'm ignoring submissions. -- Thanks, Fancylad]
