This Could Be Your Last Chance To Stop ISPs From Messing Up Your Internet

Submitted by: daegog 3 weeks ago in News & Politics Tech

IAB.com could become a website that you have to pay extra to visit!

From BattleForTheNet:

The FCC is about to announce a vote to slash net neutrality rules, allowing ISPs like Verizon to block apps, slow websites, and charge fees to control what you see & do online. Once they announce the vote, it's hard to stop. But if we flood them with calls now, *Congress* can stop the vote.

The stupid thing about this is that they won't ever stop pushing laws through.

This is like the 3rd or 4th time something like this has tried to go through.

Here's what happens.  They want to put a law through, then people say "no no no!" and polls and everything eventually shut it down.  Then they try put another law through and people say "no no!" and eventually shut it down.  Then they try put it through again under another law and people say "no!", and eventually it shuts down.  Then they try to put it through again, people are worn out from saying no, so no one says anything, then the law goes through.

A real government would accept no, meaning no is binding from here moving forward.  But not laws where the western media delusion is preached!  They know how to get their laws through, just keep pushing and pushing until people get tired and then stop acting on it, then the law goes through!

You can change your government with just 4 simple words.

Why don't they just have a referendum?

A: Relax the rules in a defined way

Or

B: No more challenges to net neutrality for 10 years.

Ajit Pai has no decency nor any loyalty to the American people.  The FCC website we made our voices loud and clear.  He's not going to listen to the majority even though the FCC is there to protect the average person.... We put Trump in office the most Pro Corporation Pro Billionaire we could.  It's no surprise he's supporting everything the big corporate donors want.

I resent the Imperial Empire's logo being used to represent ISPs. One is a despotic organization devoted to controlling the masses for their own purposes...

And the other is the Empire.

Not gonna happen. Governments world wide are not going to let go of this vast resource of information. I wish we could have net neutrality, but it's a war already lost
