Of course it's funny, brilliant, and he nailed it.

Here's a new fallacy In this segment referred to as "whataboutism":
"Tu quoque (/tjuːˈkwoʊkwiː/, also /tuːˈkwoʊkweɪ/;[1] Latin for, "you also") or the appeal to hypocrisy."

"It is often used as a red herring tactic and is a special case of the ad hominem fallacy."
We all love ad hominem, now let's call out appeals to hypocrisy!

I voted for the Iphone.  Mind you, only if they changed Siri's voice to the sexy British female voice.  ROWL,

Didn't he beg Trump to run for president?

Why, yes he did!

Funny compilation of people predicting Trump will never be president:

A parade of geniuses! Where's the space-ships filled with dinosaurs though? :-/ I was looking forward to that eh?

5cats he did. I wanted him to run too. A lot of people did. He is such a nauseatingly narcissistic egomaniac that I wanted to watch him get humiliated. Never in a million years did I think Americans were dumb enough to actually vote for him. I was mistaken. They are.

Hahaha. God I love this man.

OK, all political leanings aside, 3 questions for people who voted for Trump:

1. Was there anything in this piece that you think is factually incorrect?
2. Does the transcript at 3:20 seem like the talk of a rational intelligent man?
3. Does any of this scare the shit out of you?

holygod Great questions. I watched this piece yesterday on YouTube and thought of submitting it. It is a thoughtful and intelligent essay on the most disturbing aspects of Trump and modern American politics in the guise of a comedian's rant. Just brilliant.

I've said it before: When John Oliver immigrated to the U.S., the IQ of American pop culture suddenly jumped up several notches. We're lucky to have him.

holygod I would LOVE for someone to find any of what he brought up as factually incorrect.

normalfreak2 Shame conservatives would rather just completely ignore the post then engage in a discussion.

holygod You can't defend  it that's why.  Defending lunacy only comes out showing that you are a lunatic.
