Facebook Wants You To Send Them Your Nudes To Help Combat Revenge Porn

Submitted by: fancylad 1 month ago in News & Politics Tech Weird

In an effort to put an end to "revenge porn" once and for all, Facebook is launching a pilot test with the help of its users. Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, and all their grimey little devs want you to send them your red-hot noods. The Guardian reports that the nude pics you send them will prevent them from being used as revenge porn.

Once the FB devs are done jacking off to your photos, they'll send them back to you with a “unique digital footprint” in order to prevent efforts by another user to upload the same photo. Currently, this pilot test will rolled out in Australia.

In related news, I Fancylad, am asking all who are reading this article to send me your nudes to ensure they won't be posted on IAB. Send them all, even the ones where you think you don't look good, I like those the most.

I'm very proud of little/big Wayne and have no problem sharing. You may wish to adjust your screen resolution for safety purposes.

Luckily most of mine predate digital, I burned the negatives. Any more recent ones have no identifiers. Kept a couple of the semi-decent film ones though- I was quite tidy when I was younger.

There's not and internet made that's strong enough to handle nudes of me. Or a stomach out there either for that matter.

That is the face of a perv.  I should send him some nudes, that would definitely fix him.  They don’t make a blue pill strong enough to overcome that mental image.

I suppose there is no such thing as revenge porn if your nudes are out there.

Honestly, I have never owned a Facebook page.  I have been in IT for 20 years...social media scared me from the beginning...

kalron27 So true.  Saw this shit when it was first coming out and everyone I knew: friends, family, classmates, were all scolding me for not joining in.  I told them I wasn't interested in giving away my info for free and was laughed at, called paranoid.  Now when one Google's their names you can find all sorts of shit on them they didn't want out there because they didn't keep up with the privacy changes.  Bitches.
