Abu Dhabi Combat Club only have 2 women weight classes, and they clearly need more.

I know women who muscle up like that- a week mucking out and they are massive- I can work out solidly for months and barely change anything, they shovel shit for a week and have muscle like this- its not all steroids (honestly, grooms don't get paid enough) but probably they have naturally higher testosterone, plus what ever else you need. Very handsome woman though..

She's big, muscled, strong, but slow, and not particularly skilled. I've seen some of her mma fights. As with Rousey, this chick is gonna be on top until the talent pool deepens - then adios, baby.

I'd like to hear her speaking voice before yelling "Steroids!".

She tried her luck in other sports... Even though she's not losing, she ain't winning either.
Poking a Russian boxer in the eye.
Illegal kicks to an opponent.

Is she on drugs or 'natural freak'? Imagine if she's natural, born with some strange genes and working hard to take full advantage of them only to be dismissed by the world as a cheat taking hormones/steroids...

Am I supposed to believe that woman is not taking male hormones? Because I'm sorry: I don't believe it. With all their testosterone, guys have a hard enough time building that kind of muscle mass. A woman with unaltered hormones? It's a virtual impossibility.

squrlz4ever Just 3 well balanced meals a day, along with 20 minutes on the Shake Weight.

abetterworld LOL!

This whole thing touches on a real problem I used to encounter with young women at the gym years ago (I'm talking about a couple former girlfriends and a female friend or two). They'd want some instruction on training and I'd set them up with light weights, light intensity, high reps, just for toning. And inevitably, no matter how light the weights were, I'd hear, "I don't know. I don't think I should do this because I don't want to get all muscle-y."

I'd then explain that a man has to hit the gym religiously, lift serious weights, watch his diet, and do it for about three years to get "all muscle-y." They'd still be wary of lifting any weights at all. Some women have it in their minds that with three 20-minute weight sessions a week they're going to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. *sigh*
