The government has already come out and said they are spraying chem trails. It's a mixture of aluminum, barium,  and some other heavy metals. Just look it up people stop being willfully ignorant.

FAKE! The Government paid off this "pilot" to tell convincing lies to the public. It's easy to be convinced when you're breathing mind altering chemicals all day, injecting fluoride, and drinking dihydrogen monoxide
Gotta keep this short or they'll track me down telling you the TRUTH.

boredhuman I've been tested positive of trace amounts of dihydrogen monoxide.  Internet says i've got about 30-40 years of life left.

It's (fuel dumping) is a ruse by Space Gophers  to cover up the fact that the chemicals they spray from the planes is meant to acclimatize the Earth for the Greys. At least that what Dr. Squrlz says

I always assumed they just chucked my luggage out the back immediately prior to landing.

toetagmodel2 that would be based on the naive assumption that your baggage ever made it on the plane in the first place:)

How often is fuel dumped? Is it just for unexpected landings or does this occur on a daily basis?

toetagmodel2 So far as I know, this is only done for unexpected landings. Considering that the cost of fuel for a 747-400 to fly from London to New York is about $40,000 (source), these fuel dumps must often cost the airline $10,000 or more.
