Hillary Clinton's New Book Reveals 43 Excuses Why She Lost

Submitted by: 5cats 1 month ago in News & Politics

When the corruption machine known as the Hillary Campaign went off the rails last November, the first thing Hillary did was not to thank her supporters with a noble concession speech, heck no! The first thing she did was to blame the Russians and start (invent) the 'Russian Collusion' accusations.

Now her book 'What Happened' is on the way. She's out promoting it, visiting places she didn't bother to visit as a candidate. That's not on her list somehow.

Yes, there's 43 reasons (so far) why she lost and yet her corruption and incompetence aren't on the list. From the book itself or various interviews, here's the real 'What Happened' according to her.

Oh, she says she takes full responsibility... but! There's always a 'but' isn't there. In this case there's 43 buts and climbing.

Bonus: Hillary seems to think the message in "1984" was to trust (rely on) the government, not yourself.

George Orwell's novel"1984" was supposed to be a warning, not a guidebook. Somehow it seems the liberal-left has embraced it as their action plan: just ask Antifa, the anti-fascists who are, in fact, themselves fascists.

Extra Bonus: Someone took the time and effort to go through Hillary's book and find the stupid bits... and there's a ton of them! From bad writing (her ghost writers got paid for this dreck?) to unbelievable recounting, it looks like a literary train-wreck.

I actually liked Bills' book, it ain't half bad at bits. This is some fake, money grabbing bullshit though. Why'd you lose Hillary? Because you're entirely uninteresting. Same reason you shouldn't have 'written' a book.

Here's a very funny look at this topic:

Slow paced, is he British? IDK but there's some good humour in it. Skip to 50 seconds since he talks about shirts first.

I'll tell you one reason that she lost that doesn't get a lot of attention. People didn't think Trump had a chance and the media kept saying he didn't have a chance, so they didn't think they needed to vote.

I never in a million years thought he would win. I would have bet my mortgage he wouldn't win. I never thought anyone could actually walk into a booth and vote for the unhinged buffoon.

holygod Really?

I recall standing in line at the polls, I had repeated a joke I heard online "When Trump wins and puts us back in the cotton fields, I call the part with shade" everyone got a chuckle out of it because everyone knew trump was gonna win.

It was 100% foregone conclusion in my mind.  Once he was able to shrug off grab them by the pussy, and got his drones to spend more time than he did defending his rapey vibes, it was a wrap in my mind.

If you can advocate rape and people still love you, well fuck, you are right there with jesus.

As a retired Coast Guard officer, a former LEO and somebody who's been working since I was 15 , when she called me deplorable was when I knew she could bite my crank. I'm conservative fiscally but libertarian in most other issues. Live and let live. I think the biggest thing was that she felt she was entitled to it. Nobody is entitled to anything. If you want something, work for it and prove you're the best one for the job. She did none of that. I'm a Ben Carson guy myself.

Hillary: "You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic — you name it."

Trump: "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people. But I speak to border guards and they tell us what we're getting. And it only makes common sense. It only makes common sense. They're sending us not the right people. It's coming from more than Mexico. It's coming from all over South and Latin America, and it's coming."

So what Hillary said offends you but when Trump says it is okay?

fuad119 She grouped 50+% of the population into a group and called them names. He stated facts. Read what he said carefully. They're is bad coming over the border but there is also good. She called us all names with nothing to back it up but her opinion.

scheckydamon His statement itself is incorrect, he says "they're sending." He has this notion that Mexico is purposely sending their citizens to USA to commit crimes where in fact that the people went to USA of their own accord for a better life, maybe even to run away from the drug cartels in their villages. Also "Some < 50%"

Some of Trump supporters are deplorables and there are proofs. The KKK for instance, those people who shouted "Jews will not replace us" in Charlotesville.

fuad119 I'll fully agree that the KKK and the Nazis are deplorable. But she didn't make that distinction. She grouped "most" Trump supporters into that basket when in fact those groups make up <1% of the population in general and even less percentage of Trump supporters. I am not a Trump supporter but I did vote for him because we don't have write in on presidential ballots. I was a Ben Carson supporter.

scheckydamon She called roughly 1/4 American voters "racists, sexists, xenophobes, homophobes, Islamophobes..."  a basket of deplorables, and she totally got a pass from the MSM. They endorsed it. 20 million people she attacked that night and not one media outlet (even Fox iirc) called her on it.
And she wonders why she lost...

I liked Carson a lot too, but the MSM branded him "white" in order to attack him. To this day people like Maxine Waters attacks him as a 'race traitor' and a 'house nigger'... for being a Republican I presume.

holygod See 5cats above. I'm just a good old boy who lives in SC. I hunt, fish, make a little moonshine and whisky now and then. I work and have all my life. I happen to be a fiscal conservative who believes anyone can be what they want to be with a little hard work and determination. That generally puts me at odds with liberals and Democrats, read deplorable. But because I'm white, and nerdy, I can't have conversations because I'm deplorable, racist etc, etc, etc. I don't care who you marry or sleep with unless it's my daughters and then there's some vetting that's going to take place. I don't want to pay for your lobster and soda on SNAP but I don't mind you having SNAP as a hand up when you need it for a limited time. I love to have you immigrate to this country but I want you to do it legally ,I want you to learn English. Immigrants are who made this country.
Soooo, to answer your question,  Speaking at the LGBT for Hillary Gala in New York City on Sept. 9, 2016 is when she called me that.

scheckydamon No she didn't.

The quote is:
"you could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. They’re racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic — Islamophobic — you name it."

Now are you racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, or Islamophobic? If not then you aren't who she was talking about.

Also are you one of his "supporters"? I don't consider everyone who voted for him a "supporter. Some people just picked the lesser of two evils in their opinion.

holygod Nah, I'm none of those things. Just horny. And being 61 that ain't an all bad thing to be. No blue pills either! I had to vote Trump because in SC we cannot write in the presidential selections. You have to pick someone that is on the ballot. I didn't know that as it's my first presidential here. In Florida we could write in. I'm always for the perennial candidate, Pat Paulson. Even though he's dead now.
" If nominated I will not run. If elected I will not serve." If you don't know about him, google him and have a chuckle.

Probably should not have said something like................................I know there are only 60 days left to make our case — and don't get complacent; don't see the latest outrageous, offensive, inappropriate comment and think, “Well, he’s done this time.” We are living in a volatile political environment.

You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. (Laughter/applause) Right? (Laughter/applause) They’re racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic — Islamophobic — you name it. And unfortunately, there are people like that. And he has lifted them up. He has given voice to their websites that used to only have 11,000 people — now have 11 million. He tweets and retweets their offensive hateful mean-spirited rhetoric. Now, some of those folks — they are irredeemable, but thankfully, they are not America.

The ONE reason she lost is: HER! She is disgusting, deplorable and as likeable as a poisonous slug. The more people learned about her? The less they liked her. Period, the science is settled!

I can understand some folks being disappointed that Trump won and I get the whole R vs, D thing but I will never understand the total meltdown, unhinged, butthurt depression of so many when you consider who the other option was. They act like his opponent was Gandhi. Good God, I haven't been particularly happy with any presidential election outcome since Reagan but I get over it pretty quick and move on.

Just click the box that says Kate Reads Books to see her 'review' of outtakes from Hillary's Nobel Prize Winning Book. She's a leftist, apparently, but is equally snarky to both sides if bad terrible writing is involved :-)
There's a ton of really horrible lines in that book. It is very funny!

Gerry1of1 She lost the election, which is the only thing that matters. She knew the rules and agreed to them before it started. In fact she's sworn an oath to obey and protect the US Constitution which the EC is made from.

If she didn't like it? She could have tried to change the rules while she was a Senator, or perhaps as SoS, or even before the election began.
But she did not.

5cats THIS. THIS ALL DAY IS WHY SHE WON.

She won because brain dead morons like you see bullshit memes and pass them around online.

You are in such a bubble of perpetual misinformation I'm shocked you can figure out how to turn your computer on. The stupid and uninformed of this country made Trump president. I'm not saying everyone that voted for him are stupid and uninformed, I'm saying most of them are.

Facts are facts. There is no bubble. I don't spread misinformation because I check sources. We can disagree about subjective opinions, but when it comes to FACTS can you think of any time you've had to correct me?

holygod She has openly and enthusiastically supported draconian gun controls and eventual confiscation. She supports other Dems who do so too.
If she didn't say it THAT specific time? She said it dozens of other times, I just don't care to 'fact check' known & established facts.

Even if she claimed (in the past) to support the right to bear arms? She has a different idea about what that means than others do: high cost, limited to the elite.

You should prob fact-check your quotes. That one is false.

http://www.snopes.com/nra-hillary-clinton-quote/

But then again, so are a lot of the things common voters "knew" about Clinton when they voted. Which is a big reason why she lost. Another huge reason is that she is just generally unlikable and not very charismatic, so very few people were willing to give her the benefit of the doubt when false facts were flying at her. There were many other charismatic female politicians (Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, Kirsten Gillibrand) that were FAR more charismatic than Clinton. But the DNC gambled on her b/c of her name, and they lost.

I agree that the email servers dinged her a bit as well, but they had been hashed over and over and over again so much by the time the election came around, that a lot of people didn't really care much about it. Kind of similar to Trump's "Grab them by the p****y" remarks. Ultimately, so much time had passed, I think both facts "hurt" both candidates, but ultimately I doubt either of those facts swayed that many swing voters.

bliznik Dinged her a bit? She was a felony criminal! That prevents her from ever holding elected office!
Why did her legal team stall and stonewall for all those years? If they had gotten it all out of the way before the election? She could run without the specter of her being removed from office for her crimes.

She got away with them anyhow, don't think for a second she was innocent: Comey said she was guilty, SHE admitted to many crimes, and dozens were there as plain as day. She got away with what has landed dozens of 'lessers' in prison for far less... and average Americans did not like that idea at all.

Accusations don't incriminate. If accusations incriminated, Trump would have been thrown in jail 100x over either of the Clintons, as his lawsuits dwarfed theirs even before he took office.

You don't have the power to dictate whether someone is a criminal. FOX does not have the power to dictate whether someone is a criminal. Only a judge has that power, and no judge has exercised that power.

5cats you're still attacking Hillary who became irrelevant nearly a year ago to distract from all the many terrible fuckups that Trump has done.

Hillary wouldn't have been as good a president as Obama but it's pretty obvious Trump has proven far worse than she could ever have been. With all said and done, the only thing I am angry at her for is losing to that particular man.
