Who Was That "BLACKS FOR TRUMP" Guy At Trump's Arizona Rally Last Night?

Submitted by: holygod 2 months ago in News & Politics

Michael the Black Man

At a number of political rallies over the past year, a character calling himself “Michael the Black Man” has appeared in the crowd directly behind Donald Trump, impossible to miss and prompting widespread fascination.

He usually holds signs that screams "BLACKS FOR TRUMP" and wears a t-shirt proclaiming with equal conviction that "TRUMP & Republicans Are Not Racist."

Almost always, he plugs his wild website, Gods2.com, across his chest.

The radical fringe activist from Miami once belonged to a violent black supremacist religious cult, and he runs a handful of amateur, unintelligible conspiracy websites. He has called Barack Obama "The Beast" and Hillary Clinton a Ku Klux Klan member. Oprah Winfrey, he says, is the devil. The Washington Post has an interesting profile on him. Most curiously, in the 1990s, he was charged, then acquitted, with conspiracy to commit two murders.

His site proclaims things like:

  • "Real KKK Slave Masters" are "CHEROKEE Indians (Hidden Babylonians)."
  • “ISIS AND HILLARY RACE WAR PLOT TO KILL ALL BLACK & WHITE WOMAN OF AMERICA WITH MS-13.”

In an interview with Chicago’s WLS-AM, Michael the Black Man talked about his claims that Cherokee Indians were the real slave masters and said that former president Bill Clinton and Sen. John McCain could be traced back to the tribes.

“Cherokee Indians like Chief Bill Baker are mostly white people,” he said, “and Sir John Hawkins, who was the first man to go get slaves commissioned by Queen Elizabeth I, he was absolutely a Cherokee Indian, and almost everybody he had were Cherokee Indians. And the Cherokee Indians had money and they were the only ones able to even really afford slaves, and almost all of them were the ones that had slaves, and all the slave states were states where reservations were located.”

He went on to argue that Ku Klux Klan leader Asa Earl Carter was a Cherokee Indian and “that’s why they wore those hats that looked like tents because they were indicating that those are tepees and that they were hiding under it.”

But Michael the Black Man loves President Trump!

savagenation It's certainly not news or an important story, just a funny curiosity. Clearly Trump's people put him on camera on purpose to show the raging "diversity" in his crowd. Just funny they never bothered to go to the website they helped him promote to millions of people. I got curious watching the rally last night so I looked him up.

holygod It's especially funny when it turns out the the only black guy who appears to be backing him is apparently a complete psycho.

Of course, all of the people that voted from Trump are bat-shit crazy, racists, bigots, Nazi's, White supremacists, fascist. Good strategy, keep it up, that will show them. After all, the Basket of Deplorable's thing worked out so well. When the DNC rolls out HRC for another shot at the coronation you'll be in for another big disappointment  and we can do this again for another four years.

trimble Have to battle against what I'm going to call "active ignorance"  Watching that rally Trump boldface lied to the crowd.  He told half a story and no one held him to account there.  It's hard to battle against a group of people  that don't want to be wrong, even though they are wrong.  This is a major problem.

trimble it does seem that whenever a trump supporter makes themselves public like the CNN / wrestling gif guy, or this guy, or the guy that got interviewed by vox, it takes 5 minutes of digging to find out that's the case.

I'm not talking about "people that voted from Trump". A lot of people voted for Trump just to vote AGAINST Hillary. I'm talking about those that voted FOR Trump.

There is no way the DNC is going to run Hillary again and there is nobody they could run that will get so many people to vote against them again.

holygod The Democrats need to take a hint from the economic populism.  I said it before, I said early 2016 that if Bernie doesn't win they have a huge shot at losing the election.  Now i didn't believe that Trump would ever win, but in retrospect.  Bernie's message is what the average dolt wants, economic populism.

Don't worry, they'll find a way. (Chelsea?)

holygod I truly hope we've seen the last of Hillary.  I think we have, because I truly believe that pretty much anyone other than her would have won out over Trump.  I was never a fan of Al Gore, but in comparison, I would have voted for him over Trump in a heartbeat.

Who cares?  That rally only had Trump approved people at it.  IT was NOT open to the public.
