AWW! Keeva The Baby Chimpanzee Moves To A New Home And A Surrogate Mom

Submitted by: fancylad 2 months ago in Science

When Keeva's mom ditched her at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore (because that's how some parents are), she has been placed with a surrogate chimpanzee at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo. Here's baby Keeva's journey from one home to another

Keeva being held by Claire MacNamara, Chimp Forest Area manager.

Dr. Anne Rivas, a Maryland Zoo in Baltimore veterinarian, checks on the health of Keeva, a chimpanzee born two weeks ago at the zoo, as MacNamara, Chimp Forest Area manager, holds the chimp. The baby is held 24 hours a day, just as her mother would. Keeva was removed from her mother, Carole, who was not taking care of her.

MacNamara holds Keeva as Dr. Rivas, a Maryland Zoo in Baltimore veterinarian, checks on the health of the chimp. MacNamara is on an eight hour shift caring for the chimp.

MacNamara holds baby Keeva as Dr. Rivas checks on the health of the chimp.

Dr. Rivas watches Keeva squirm around as MacNamara readjusts the fake fur vest she's wearing.

MacNamara bottle feeds little Keeva while wearing a fake monkey fur vest that Keeva can grab on to.

Keeva's a satisfied little fuck as rests in the arms of MacNamara after a bottle feeding.

Who's in love with Keeva already?

Apparently, im the only one who has seen the new planet of the apes movies..

DO NOT TRUST THEM!  They will kill us all!

Some primates in the wild are already in the stone age, they will have the internet before you know it.  And i bet monkey comcast will be just as shitty as human comcast.

Gerry1of1 Ah. I see you're referring back to the "Golden Age" of American politics, back when our presidents were educated.
