This Newly Unveiled Dinosaur Fossil Is So Well-Preserved It Looks Like a Statue

Submitted by: fancylad 3 months ago in Science

From NatGeo: See the remains of a nodosaur, the best preserved fossil of its kind ever found. Discovered by miners in Alberta, Canada, it's a 110 million-year-old type of plant-eating armored dinosaur. The animal has two 20-inch-long spikes on its shoulders, and, in life, it was 18 feet long and nearly 3,000 pounds.

The worst part about dinosaurs being extinct is that some of them probably tasted awesome. We’re missing an entire category of meat.

normalfreak2  That is the Solarians with the Ark for dinos.
How can you Humans expect to deal with Extraterrestrial races if you don't even know your own Non Human Earthlings?

thezigrat The young earth creationists do say that Noah took dinosaurs on the Ark, see Ken Ham's Ark Encounter. They have to say that if the Bible is to be inerrant, and it says Noah took 7 pr. of all the clean creatures and 1 pr. of unclean.  So the dinos went extinct after the flood.  Somehow the writers of the Bible were so unimpressed by them they don't rate any mention other than a vague behemoth or something; I would have been "OMFG DINEHSARS".
