Show's over, folks. Steve Stephens, the man who murdered 74-year-old Robert Godwin Sr. (and another dozen or so more people that he bragged of) blew his brains out this morning. A tipster gave Ohio cops information that helped the authorities track down which sparked off a pursuit, and ended with the 37-year-old Stephens killing himself in his car.
The New York Times report that cops were tipped off by a McDonald’s employee moments after Stephens left the drive-through window with lunch. "Henry Sayers, the Micky D's manager, said Stephens bought a 20-piece order of McNuggets and a large order of fries for $5.35 at the drive-through." The report went on to say that "Mr. Stephens was given his order of McNuggets, but workers tried to make him wait by holding on to his French fries while calling the police after one of the workers recognized him as the subject of the manhunt. But he just took his nuggets and said, 'I have to go,' and he drove off," Mr. Sayers said, adding that Stephens did not speed away but left the restaurant at a normal clip."
Final meal, McDonald's Chicken McNuggets... a fitting end for a horrible person. Still no confirmation as to whether or not he killed other people like he bragged in an earlier Facebook video.

OMG, you're absolutely right! I missed that: he did sneak in a little promotion in the recounting of a murder/suicide, didn't he? O.O
Damn. Your first two posts have gotten two Golden Acorns. That's a record!
Honestly, I surmise that he was trying to find a way into Canada via Lake Erie.
