New Ferguson Liquor Store Video Adds A New Layer To The Michael Brown Case

Looks likes this establishment has been known for giving out cigarettes and drugs and what Michael Brown did the next day was due to this deal the night before. Interesting this footage wasn't released prior because this changes the narrative the police gave.

St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch said during a news conference Monday the documentary “Stranger Fruit,” which showcased unseen video of Michael Brown inside a convenience store, was “poorly edited” and "pathetic."

how in Hell does this change the facts in the case? Neither the suspect nor the cop knew of this tape. It did not change the behavior of Brown at all nor would have changed the facts that the cop discharged his weapon in order to protect himself

And it does not change the fact that Mr. Brown was a criminal and a thug. Maybe just a bit of a different one than originally thought.

captkangaroo Correct. It changes absolutely nothing in the case, yet the MSM are giving this moron a podium to spam his outrageous conspiracy theory onto the willing minds of the liberal-left.

Once again, the MSM's behaviour is the problem here. This guy has every right to make a stupid film and pretend it has meaning, who cares? But the fact that the MSM and DNC keeps pushing the BLM hard-line as if it was the truth>? That is not Ok... not at all.

So, I've been watching these new updates every once and awhile and i'm curious, what does any of this have to do with how he interacted with the cop? Was the fact he was dealing drugs suddenly make it the shooting more or less justifiable?

boredusernames01 Thats what I've been trying to figure out since this "new video" came to light. What difference is it supposed to make?

whosaidwhat It isn't even a new video, it was known to everyone from the start. And it makes no difference at all. Except to the deranged extreme liberal-leftists... not even NF2 is THAT far gone... yet.

The facts ALL remain unchanged. Unless you believe hundreds of people (including many blacks) conspire every day to murder black men in the streets? This is typical leftist nonsense. And the MSM is pushing it of course!

EDIT: Well holy shit! NF2 actually is supporting this bullshit! I didn't read his comment above until now, since I rarely look at the shit he shits all over IAB on a regular basis.
He actually says this is an "update" even though the FACTS say otherwise. It was known from the very start.

NF2 has sunk to a new low... I didn't think it was possible, but he's actually disappointed me. I had hoped he would not swallow the DNC jizz on this one, but he (once again) gulped it down and begged for more... What a willfully ignorant cunt he truly is.

5cats Huh?  I stated it doesn't change anything in this case.  This post was simply an update.  That's it.  This video wasn't out in the public before now it is.  Does it change anything?  NO.  This didn't change his altercation with the Police.

5cats msn stated out right that the documentary WAS POORLY EDITED ATTEMPT AT SWAYING THE PUBLIC  AND DID NOT HAVE ANY BEARING ON THE SHOOTING CASE
Get your facts correct for once

whosaidwhat the only difference I can see is that the police weren't dealing with a shoplifter/robber, they were dealing with a drug dealer who, depending on your definition, assaulted someone @ 0:44
but none of that changes how he acted when he was dealing with the police during the altercation

boredusernames01 Correct. The police radio call of a suspected shoplifter/ attacker went out with a description. It matters NOT one tiny bit if the accusation was "only" assault. This is undisputed reality.
Wilson heard the call, (it's a fact!) saw a man (NOT a child!) matching the general description walking down the middle of the road, endangering himself and others.
So he contacted Brown. Fully legal, fully within the rights of both Brown and Wilson.
And... end of story!

The video doesn't even clearly show what happened - and it looks as though the clerks in the store at night are different from the guy that was pushed around.  I watched the clip that 5cats posted from Fox, and seriously, this Pollack guy seems like a bit of a nut.

faustsshadow I could not believe it myself, but there it is! This guy literally is a screaming idiot! O_o

And yes, he edits the hell out of some surveillance video, and pretends it shows something new.
NOPE!
This video was known to police, they viewed it and recorded it in their investigation. It was made available to the defence, but everyone involved knew it was not even remotely related to the case at hand. Thus it was not presented at the Grand Jury, and neither was an anime cartoon of cute catgirls, eh? Because both have nothing to do with the case!

He wasn't shot for robbing a store, he got it from punching the cop in the face too many times.

Still, it's nice to know he was only committing THIS crime.... not THAT crime.

Gerry1of1 And grabbing the cop's gun and discharging it inside the police car...
But mostly for turning around and charging at an armed officer who was (legally) ordering him to stop.

Zimmerman got away with murder. Why not Wilson? Why not Panteleo? If an embryo is a human, can a cop abort it if it's going to be a black person without it being murder???

Aw, snap. Planned parenthood can hire white cops to do abortions for black women! Who says there are no more elegant solutions?

So what? I don't care if he sold, traded or took drugs,  the thug attacked a cop and got shot and killed. That is what I would expect to happen.

trimble If I understand this rightly? This Pollock is saying that the guy working at the store was buying drugs from Brown, and therefor had NO RIGHT to call the police when Brown attacked him? And that this (somehow) makes Wilson contacting Brown invalid? A violation of Brown's rights? And that Brown attacking Wilson was therefor justified?

And that every single person involved from start to finish: clerk, witnesses, Wilson, FBI, Grand Jury and many more... they ALL were out to get black people and kill them in the streets.
Oh for sure! Totally believable!

Yep, not to mention a Democrat US Administration/Justice Department that wanted vary badly and tried very hard for there to be fault on the officer yet found none. Instead of announcing such, they continued to fan their false flames of racism and on the very same day they held a press conference to make a big deal out of issues they found with the local police department, not the officer or the incident, and to this day, even at the Democratic National Convention, continue to put forth the false impression that Brown was some sort of victim of racism by the officer and is a hero and martyr of BLM. They want bad race relations in America. It makes them stronger. It keeps the big sacks of pussies frothing at the mouth for them. It’s sad and sick but it is true.

trimble Lolz! That's right! Obama was involved too! He's out to get the black people as well eh? According to nut-jobs like Pollock.

I guess Obama and his cohorts were doing just that actually. Funny how no one (in the MSM, DNC or BLM) calls them on it...

melcervini They are just resting up.
Most of them were the rioters (paid, professionals) who've been running around 'protesting Trump' and burning things at various Universities.

They will be back, just wait, and the DNC and MSM will push them yet again...

5cats There's no such thing as mass paid protestors.  Think about the logistics of it you dimwit.  40,000 "paid" protestor's would need (assume 50 people to a bus) 800 busses hell even drop that down to 4,000 that's 80 busses.  Where the FUCK are all the damn buses?  The logistics of mass paid protesters is stupid.  Someone would have some sort of video of this.

Pure and utter bullshit. If you EDIT OUT most of the surveillance video? You can make it LOOK like something else, duh!

And it changes nothing: Brown was walking in the middle of the road, he matched the description of a REPORTED CRIME rightly or wrongly. The Cop had EVERY right and reason to contact him, Brown ATTACKED him, ran off then came back to attack again.

Those facts are NOT disputed by this bullshit.

He was shot from the front, not the back. He did not once say "Don't Shoot" or even raise his hands, and every single shred of evidence supports the story of the police officer involved.

And the make of this "documentary" is a fucking nutcase:
