Hey, couldn't these things kill humans if they wanted?

Lolz, the 'accidental censorship' by the rear-view mirror at 2:44 :-)

It's a rear-VIEW mirror! Not to block the view of the rear!! And as every cat owner knows, you get to see a lot of that part of your cat :D over the years.

Run hell. There's a Ham Sammie in this truck somewhere.

No, cheetahs are far too small to seriously harm a human, never mind kill one. A little kid maybe?
But they're specialized hunters, seeking specific prey. Not opportunists or scavengers like lions and tigers.

It's a hard life being a cheetah. They have 1 trick: mind-altering speed! If that fails? They got very little left...

Cheetahs are the wimps of the big cats. You could easily walk up to a cheetah after it took down its prey and take it from them. They realize that any injury it might sustain from a fight will mean certain death due to starvation and an injured toe would make it too slow to hunt.
I've been fortunate enough to pet one. Their fur is VERY coarse.

oobaka Yes indeed! All that running, then choking the prey to death? Exhausting. One docco said half or more of cheetah kills get stolen by wild dogs or hyeenas :x Poor cheetahs!

And lions will kill cheetah cubs on sight. One of the few times in nature there's that sort of genocidal pattern. Not eat them, just slaughter them.

I think they're pretty used to bipedal no-furs in odd slow and noisy contraptions.  Just stopping by to say hello.

Cheetahs aren't likely to be hostile toward humans. They can be fairly easily tamed.

Yeah, it could tear them up, but what are they gonna do?  Run away?  Unless that Jeep can go 70 MPH over that rough terrain, they aren't getting away if it decides to attack.
