I'll Admit It: The Dendrobium Electric "Hypercar" Is A Beautiful Piece Of Machinery

It's set to hit the streets by 2020, but I can't see this beast in freeway gridlock.

Saleen S7 is one of the best looking cars out there and has the ability to drive on the ceiling.

What the capt. said. Also I don't like the term zero emissions  There are a ton of emission related things with this car just making it creates emissions, the building of the source of its electricity to recharge the car, even if it had a big key in that little hole in the back you would have some slub huffing and farting carbon dioxide  and methane while winding it up. Yes the foot print may be lowered over the long run but you still have to get rid of that great big lithium battery eventually.

Beautiful, I agree. Practical? Not so much I think.
Body work is gonna break the bank when it gets dinged up or involved in an accident.
I don't think folks are going to want to climb in and out of such a low slung car.
Try getting in and out of that thing in the rain - the passenger compartment is gonna be soaked.
That front end looks like it will carry too much drag with those open wheel wells.

"At the time of writing, Vanda hasn’t yet named a potential price for the production car, nor taken deposits, with final decisions to be taken post-Geneva. Nonetheless, we’re told we can expect a production version to carry ‘a seven-figure price tag.’ "
