You Need To Experience "The War Of The Worlds" Live In Concert With Full Rock Orchestration!

While I take no responsibility in the inaccuracies displayed in this H. G. Wells classic, this looks like one mind-blowing concert -- like a Vegas show without the nudity. By the way, Jeff Wayne is the orchestra's conductor -- you might know him from "Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of Spartacus" and "Fry's Turkish Delight" theme song.

I've had this album for over 20 years now, and is currently on my phone and every ipod.

EXCELLENT music.  Would love to see the live version.

Given the fact that the Original Musical is 40 years old, It holds up rather well
I remember when it was first released. Gods I feel Old now

I very briefly thought this was a link to the band Rage. Not 'of the machine', just Rage. One of the most famous metal bands that's almost unheard of in the states. And yet they're amazing.

I've seen this live twice now, the last being eight years ago or more, it's entirely excellent! Back then it was the original version with Richard Burton's narration which is superior to Liam Neeson's in my opinion.

thezigrat Aye, I don't hate the updated version but just feel the original has the edge for me.
