Registered Lobbyists Were Among The Democratic Superdelegates

Another mark against the democratic party's superdelegate system are the lobbyists. Nine percent of super delegates are known registered lobbyists. I cannot restate this fact hard enough. There are people who push private agendas for profit who are influencing the democratic presidential platform.

"According to ABC News’ analysis, of the 463 superdelegates who are not current or former elected officials, 67 are current or former registered lobbyists. There are 717 superdelegates in total who will vote among the July 25 nominating convention’s 4,763 delegates."

Well duh. A lot of the Electoral College is made up of lobbyist, and retired politicians. It's funny that no one seems to understand how the representative democracy works in the United States. It's cute how you think voting is really a thing. Just be glad the Electoral College may America from Trump

Capitalism leads to this. Well any system does. Greed is the motivating factor in Capitalism so it will eventually get here. You have to elect people into positions of power that will set these rules up.

Telling ya..Capitalism is going to be the death of us all.. every issue there is ..anywhere lol... corruption in politics, people starving, the anti vaxers, climate change, creation of plants that cannot reproduce, the destruction of insect populations, overpriced yet inadequate education, destruction of our natural resources (which are going to be sooorely missed when they are gone) etc etc.. all because of a fear of not having enough . there is ..in fact..enough resources for everybody. Call me a socialist bastard if you must but I swear as a planet we would fare faaaaaarr better if we just gave up on financial struggles.
