About as funny as the clap. Only Michael McIntyre is less funny.

Funny stuff. Religion is weird. To me every single one of them is a bunch of crazy made up stuff used to control people and each one is crazier than the next. What puzzles me is all of our lefty friends will jump all over how stupid all of them and their followers are but there is one and it’s followers that they will tie themselves into knots trying to not offend and want to wrap their collective arms around and give big hugs and tons of love to. And the followers of that one not only believe theirs is the one true nutty religion but they believe if you don’t agree you should be dead. Yet as I said, just this one, that is just-as-wacky, if not, the-king-of-wacky gets a big pass. Weird.

Interesting story. Can you generalize the 'right' next? Don't give them a pass again.

This guy is fabulous. Saw him in Philly 2 years ago, just an outstanding performer. He wore a sleek black suit coat and pants with a white collard shirt, unbuttoned for style...and a bitch'in pair of heals.

I've been dying to see him live. He's pretty popular in LA though so tickets sell out within hours. He's on my short-list of "gotta see before you die" comedians though.

@fancylad You're out West right? Do me a favor if you haven't yet and go see Greg Proops for me :) He never comes East and he is on our short list. The wife and I will be seeing our #1 next month...Dave motherfucking Attell.

@kalron27, funny you mention Proops. I just started listening to his podcast (Smartest Man in the World) last month when I heard him on Greg Fitzsimmon's podcast. He was riffing on everything and he was great -- he knows his shit. The evolution of man, music, sports, I could go on, as you know. He mentioned a book called "Species" and even that was great -- listened to it on Audible. Proops' podcast is now a nightly ritual when I take the dogs out for a walk -- take a puff of the good stuff, take the dogs around the neighborhood at night when, and walk for about an hour, just listening to him riff. His movie podcast is great, too. He's on the road right now -- somewhere in Europe I think? -- but I'm following him on Twitter so I can keep tabs on him when he comes back to the LA area. On your recommendation, I'm going to see one of his live podcasts for sure, if not one of his proper stand-up shows. Never seen Attell, but I've seen him on TV -- I hear seeing him live doesn't compare to anything else though.
