The only thing I agree with, is that the general public now has the attention span of a gnat.

Which makes this whole long winded essay both ironic and futile.

I`m not chauvinistic. I like working with women. I believe in chivalry and it affects my behavior. I mind my manners when in their company... blah, blah, blah. Women hate the Hell out of me. Not sure what I could do to help them.

I read the first section. Then I realized that if this guy had an IQ above room temperature, he could have said this in 90% fewer words.

"I am aware that women are victims of physical violence more than men."

The writer of this piece clearly supports the idea behind #YesAllWomen - lying in order to promote sexism. The catalyst for it was looking at an incident in which one person killed 6 people and seeing a man killing two women. It takes a great deal of sexism to do that and think it`s a reasonable, or even sane, way to interpret what happened.

@TruTenrMan @chicagojay @bophus I`m not sure if criticising the length of something that is around 1000 words long is entirely valid.

@twinkelstein Pretty much.

@drawnman I`m for discussion of the issue and awareness raised, but I`d rather action was taken too before momentum is lost. And how would that be reactionary, Agent00Smith? Reactionary means opposing change. Also, I think you saying that a few women who are unfortunately attracted to bastards represent every woman? Tsk.

Yes

What does a Magnetic Resonance Angiogram have to do with it?

Twinklestein-
Complaining without a solution is just useless whining.
Exactly. And that`s all that #YesAllWomen was. It did not actually accomplish anything.

that is it! we need another caption to go along side the titles. a picture of a written essay should not count as a [Pic].

Complaining without a solution is just useless whining.

`News flash: Women support misogyny. Every time a women chooses an abusive man as a partner, SHE is part of the problem. Women love to blame the whole world for things they themselves perpetuate.`

Long winded and reactionary, just like the "movements" themselves.
