Chips and cheese isn`t the most popular drunk food in England - it`s more likely to be a kebab or chips with curry sauce.

England- drunks eat doner kebabs. Cheesy chips are chips- with grated cheese sprinkled over them and are usually a middle of the evening snack. Everyone else looks like it has fantastic drunk food- in Belgium I got given horse sausage from a burger van-which to my everlasting shame I ate, it think it was sold by Cut-me-own throat dibbler.

The largest cheese pizza with plain french fries. That to me is heaven right there. I don`t need to overload them with other toppings, I prefer the simple things.

I don`t really imbibe so hangovers aren`t exactly a thing for me, but some of those look pretty good.

Except for Germany`s. Why oh why does every German dish look like a gastronomic assault to me? (I`m sure it`s fine, no really. If anyone can do meat in tube form...)

most people in england get a kebab or burger or fried chicken, rarely does anyone get just chips and gravy (maybe up north) and it certainly doesn`t come with red onion!

Chips and cheese? Bollocks, it`s a donner kebab.

As long as it`s not a placenta shake, I`ll eat it.

German one is wrong as well. Currywurst is something more native to Berlin than outside of it, and generally not super popular next to Döner either. Döner would be our more accurate "national" one.

Also yes, agreed to the statement that a lot of our food here is unappealing to most. Not overly fond of it myself and currywurst is something I consider especially vile, the smell alone putting me out of a room.

However, if you want to go more "classic" and still remain in the realm of horror, look up Eisbein.

Pizza is a lot more popular than poutine in Canada. Especially out west, poutine is rather rare. Pizza take-outs are everywhere.

Poutine? Nope. Not even sure where you`d get poutine at night.

I`ve been in every bar across Ontario and I can say that the "Drunk food" varies by location. Everything from Mediterranean to Chinese depending on what`s open.

However, 90% of the time, it`s Chinese food. Although...lately there have been a whole crop of Curry places and they have been slowly replacing the Chinese places.

The Irish one is bollox. Iv never even had that. We usually go for kebabs, burgers, fries, and chicken when were hammered. And pizza. Basically any fast food.
