Meet The Worst Dad Ever [Gif]

Submitted by: kitteh9lives 2 years ago Weird

This little kid is scared to jump straight away down the ramp, so how does this "Dad of the Year" candidate help his dear son overcome his fear? He stepped behind him and surprised him a swift and powerful kick to the back sending the little boy tumbling down the ramp. Congratulations scumbag you just caused your son to never be able to trust an adult again.

A good father has trust, compassion, guidance and patience. Unfortunately this father has none of those qualities.

You build something like that for your (guessing) 5 year old kid and expect him to NOT be scared? You had no drating business building that for a kid his age. It`s not his fault he reacted exactly like a kid would. If that kid wasn`t in full gear it`d easily be endangerment. As it is, he`s just a drating dirtbag who has no business having kids.

He`s pissed, just spent a good month building that ramp, took over his whole backyard and now the little poo won`t give it a try. I`d kick his little ass down too.

good for the dad. push him in. show him that it`s not so bad to fall. actually it`s okay. you`re going to fall if you skateboard. The kid probably would have never done it on his own. now i bet he is at least willing to try now.

In some states, that could get you arrested.

What really got me angry at the dad is his nonchalance about kicking his kid... his (apparent) complete lack of concern is as horrible as kicking his kid over the edge!
Definitely a douchebag.

To be fair, it does depend on the child- if I had done this to either of my boys they would never have gone near as much as a kerbstone ever again. Had I done it to either of the girls they would be running back for another go...some kids respond well to this kind of treatment- others freak out.

This is assault and abuse. Put aside the sad reality that this is the child`s father and consider this essential fact .Imagine the same scenario but if that man did that to another adult or to another persons child !He should be arrested.

What a mean person.

At the end is one of the women telling the other to stop recording? Sounds like it and it goes off pretty quickly after that. To me it sounds like they`re scared of the guy and what he might do if he finds out his assault on the kid was recorded.

Yeah. As a skateboarder of many many years, I have to say that while this dad is a prick, this is not that bad of a thing. The kid slid down it like a slide.

NOW the skateboard got in the way, and the kid may have a bump, but he will have much MUCH worse later just from skateboarding.

$50 says the kid dropped in for the first time later that day.

I can`t believe some of you are agreeing with what this guy did. That kid is 5 years old, max. Watch closer and you`ll see he free falls straight down before landing right on his tail bone. If I ever witness something like that I`d be sending that D-bag face first down that half pipe.

You can work with your kids in different ways to help them build the confidence to face their fears, this is not the way to do it.

I can`t decide what is worse. The terrible parent or the terrible comments.

It`s just a little kid. Are you guys serious?

I don`t know anything about skateboarding, but I`m guessing the best way to learn is by starting at the bottom and slowly skate higher and higher until you reach the edge, by then you shouldn`t have any fears.

"He did the right thing for the child`s future sake. He and you may not understand it now, but that builds a trust more solid than any foundation."

You obviously have zero idea on how the human brain works. This is how phobias form. That kid won`t step foot on a half pipe ever again without having to overcome a phobia

As much as i hate this, he gave his son a "safe" fall.
the kick was more or less aimed for him to go the rigth way of falling, with minimum risk of hurt. (Not sure, if intentional)
My first time in a halfpipe ended with faceplant.
Still, i say wrong for some reson.

Jamie`s right, that is child abuse, and it is punishable under law. Not to mention it`s a good way to ensure your kid also grows up to be another douche bag, just like you.

Yeah I think Jamie didn`t get pounded enough in his youth. This man is obviously taking the tough road on his son who`s wimping out in a perfectly understandable situation. The child needs to experience the feelings of overcoming fear. You drating give that kid a choice now and later in life he`ll be in tutu`s dancing to swan lake.

He did the right thing for the child`s future sake. He and you may not understand it now, but that builds a trust more solid than any foundation.

if the child wasn`t hurt- and it looks like he was fine, then actually this might cure the nerves. Not suggesting we try it though.... does look a bit risky!

that is nothing short of CHILD ABUSE and this guy should be arrested on put up on charges.

I hope whoever shot the video had the moral standards (married to that ahole or not) to have him arrested.
