Sprint credited me the money for the phone. If you want to pay hundreds of dollars for crappy service and think that`s just the rules, go ahead.

@ EletricEye: LOL. Thanks for explaining the rationale for putting these up. I was scratching my head there and was starting to wonder if we were being trolled. While I like the inclusiveness, I`m also mulling over the need for editorial selection. Hmmm. I do like the idea of giving all IAB members in good standing a shot on-stage. That seems like a good thing.

We are not hurting for content at all. We have great content but we are also trying to put everything that is submitted by members (with consideration) up as well. Servo is a member, so we posted his stuff. It is original content as well. We do not judge it and there may be people that like it. We put it up and let you guys judge it. Everyone should get a turn submitting. Everyone has different tastes.

PS- The S4 has a 12 months warranty through Samsung in the US. If you really had a problem other than being a whiny little twat you could have gotten it easily replaced.

This guy is an idiot and it really annoys me that IAB has posted his moronic videos two weeks in a row.

IAB how do you seriously expect us to recommend the site when videos like this get posted?

On topic:
What I see is a douche who had 14 days to try out the phone, to make sure that it worked in his house, etc, and he decided that after the 14 days was a good time to try to return the phone.

You can`t tell me that the phone worked perfectly for the first 14 days, and as soon as the 15th day hit, everything stopped working.

Servo probably procrastinated returning the phone and it bit him in the ass and now he`s being a grade A douche about his lack of action in a timely manner.

I don`t understand why his stuff keeps getting posted, no one cares about your personal problems.
If you look at his posts a large portion of them are videos he made himself, none of which are entertaining in any capacity.

This won`t work. Either the guy will keep the phone or return the phone, but you are still on the hook to pay for it. It`s still your phone.

I ran into this problem when I bought a crappy phone. The guys at the store didn`t want to deal with. They said it was a Blackberry phone so it was Blackberry`s problem. The Blackberry people said I needed to contact the store I bought it from. No one would stand behind the product and I got screwed out of a few hundred bucks.
