    LOL... "Lemme in, lemme in, lemme in... PLEEEEEZ!!!"

    I bet they were eating shrimp inside. My parents` cat always used to go bananas when my mother would fix shrimp.

    Squrlz, we had a cat who would eat cheese. Cheese slices, cheetos, anything. Now we have a ham whore. Cannot have ham slices (for sandwiches) in the house without sharing with her.

    My father in-law had a goddam cat that would do that. He hooked an old electric fence charger to a conductor that he mounted to the door. Goddam cat didn`t do that anymore. The best part about it was listening to him tell the story... and knowing a filthy cat got a lasting education (See? You can train a goddam cat). Brings a tear of joy to my eye.

    Cats = Suck

    @ Atrayu4u: LOL re: the cheese cat and the "ham whore." It really is interesting how individual cats seem to have their food passions. Another cat of my parents`, a beautiful Burmese, once licked the cover of a single-serve container of tapioca pudding and just went berserk. So, naturally, it became a thing where every night my father would have a tapioca snack and let Sebby (short for Sebastian) lick the lid. As soon as my father retrieved the tapioca from the fridge, Sebby would follow him to his chair, meowing frantically until he got his fix.
