Sadly, a hoax or mis-measurement by well-intentioned experimenters. This is merely a clever take on the old `hey, let`s hook an electric motor to an electric generator and create free energy` scheme that has already failed a zillion times, because the universe isn`t built that way. Looks cool, though.

The amount of energy needed to turn the other magnetic wheels would be more than the amount of energy being created. Unless they`ve come up with some groundbreaking technique that was in one of the first two - removed - videos, then this simply can`t work.

It would be a miracle if it provided enough energy to maintain itself. That would be perpetual motion. 2 X Perpetual Motion? No.

Evil Power Overlords have already pulled the videos before this becomes common knowledge. They will not release their grasp on us.

A machine that violates the second law of thermodynamics? Sure, I`ll totally believe that without more evidence.

And what do you do when the magnets lose their magnetism? The energy still comes from somewhere.

Just based on the caption only: HOAX!!! Thermodynamics: They solved this in the 19th century, and it`s stood since then as a foundation for all of physics.
