@ CodeJockey. I`m working on a few projects right now. My next montage is a tribute to musicals in a similar vain to EVOLUTION. it begins chronological but after that it gets a little crazy ... lol. Glad you enjoyed the montage and thanks for that wicked compliment.

Cool. Excellent pacing.

Shooting/cutting anything new? (without spilling the plot, please)

I could not include the star wars films because the 3 films I used , close encounters, airplane and the right stuff came out the same year and worked better in the creative direction of the montage. They were in the rough cut but tough decisions had to be made and unfortunately this was one of them. thanks for checking out my montage. hope this explains there absence.

"Star Wars I is significant because of Jar-Jar, a completely CG character."

I would like to go back in time and assassinate JJB

It`s missing the Imperial Star Destroyer opening from Star Wars IV.
That moment is significant because of the application of surround sound.

Before then, most theatres were monaural.

Star Wars I is significant because of Jar-Jar, a completely CG character.
Star Wars II is significant because of the use of digital cameras.
