    Sooooo...where is the cop? At what point did he deny the use of a shovel? I must have missed it.
    The video is of two parked cars with some disembodied voices. IAB needs to choose which videos make the cut a little better.

    From the perspective of the cops, "The driver lost control of his vehicle, sliding 300ft before coming to a stop, off road."
