Power Naps Are Good, But Don"t Overdo It

20 sounds frugal and time-wise, but I`m just drifting off to sleep when BANG wake up!

I like 1 hour. An hour and a half is better. 2 is too much.

I tried the 20 minute nap today. I feel great right now. I am going to test it more this week and see how it goes. I figured I can use the rest of the hour and half I normally nap as work out time and really get some benefits.

Don`t care what the experts say, 1 - 1.5 hours does me just fine. 10-20 minutes just pissed me off when I have to get up.
