Here is part two. It kinda repeats itself just a bit, but still worth the watch.

Oh, pt 2 wasn`t there the first time I looked.

I thought it was very interesting, but I realize that a lot of you might find this stuff boring.

turbotong - This vid probably isn`t for you. It starts of a little slow, but gets very interesting...or, at least I think so.

If you want to know the basic sterling cycle, there are tons of vids on youtube. This sterling engine built by Philips cryogenics, and is the most advanced one I`ve ever seen. If heat or cold is applied to the engine, it runs. Or the engine can be spun by an electric motor, making it a heat or cold pump, depending on which direction you turn it.

Nice post...this engine design is amazing in my opinion. Loved the vintage video.

    Thanks ElectricEye.
I was doubting whether anyone would enjoy it, and if I should bother posting vids like this in the future.

As long as a few people liked it, I`m happy. The rating dipped below a 2.0 for a while, which made me worry that IAB only wants cat vids.

Oh, it is about an engine. I thought it was going to do a the serious version of South Park`s "Cash for Gold" episode.

Sterling engines are reliably used in CHP applications.
More like this, food for thought.
