I`m torn, businesses shouldn`t be imposed upon by government, the big players in isp are jerks and don`t deserve to get their way.

Oh, good. Now I don`t have to worry about searching for government abuses, they can limit that sort of evil search. Fox News will tell me all I need to know, I don`t need more information than that.

So the best thing that ever happened to freedom of speech is finally going to censored. Clearly trying to get us back under control.

To me it sounded like it was stricken because it was bad, and new, stricter ones was to be put in place.

What hell is the court`s argument in this? What is the extent of this... does anyone here know? are "slow lanes" 90% of the speed of the "fast lane" subscribers or can it be whatever they want, 56k speeds for the "non-allied" sites? Does this mean that ISPs can basically make or break content providers? Seems like a really bad idea. If my ISP implements some goofy system, I`ll jump ship so fast. Hopefully some new ISPs appear that promise not to meddle with my connection.
