I`d hardly say it`s for the rich with the rates they`re charging. Get over it.

Sleepyhallow thinks it`s 1917 already. Seriously, don`t do that again. It was stupid.

It`s a shantytown hotel, not for the rich, but anyone who can afford 80 dollars a night. I mean, I`ve stayed in Log Cabins before. Log Cabins were the American equivalent to Shantytowns for the longest time. Let`s whine about it some more.

Basically - stop looking for reasons to be offended.

Looks pretty cool, I do like the idea of themed lodging.

Huh. Guess old customs DO die hard.

Didn`t Marie Antoniette do that to in Versailles?

850 Rand is $82 US plus $10 for breakfast. Not much by US hotel standards but a lot more than someone who actually lives in a shanty could afford. It`s located on a reserve as part of a luxury resort. For rich people who want to pretend to be poor but not really because the poor don`t have in-floor heat and high-speed wifi.

Are the tourists really "rich?" It costs $25 per person per day to stay there, including breakfast.
