FYI - that`s a real ObamaCare advert, not `shopped` at all. Scary, eh?

@Gerry1: It`s unintentionally all of those.
This is what the people running the ACA, a multi-billion dollar government `black hole` think is a good advertisement. Some metro-sexual in footie-pajamas smugly discussing the wonders of ObamaCare.

There are a dozen ads like this, some are even more idiotic! It`s what they came up with instead of a program that actually works!

Y`all`s tax dollars at work! Nothing sadder than self-parody...

And yet, millions have now signed up. Perhaps it`s just some assmuching dittoheads who don`t understand that more than half the country actually gets this and isn`t offended by it. At all.

    @SmagBoy1:
"And yet, millions have now signed up. "

Firstly, the last numbers that were released was on November 13th by congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Out of 8 million who visited the site, only 500,000 enrolled. That`s way below where the administration planned. At the same time 4.2 million had already lost their coverage, that still a loss of 3.7 million. And out of the 500,000 who signed up, 400,000 went on medicaid and chip, that means for every 5 people only 1 is paying in to the system, 4/5 are taking it out. This number is vastly insufficient to contribute enough premium in to the plan to make it viable.

Actually in the latest polls found that today only 35% of American actually support Obamacare 62% oppose it. And out of the 35% who support it less than half actually believe that it will make things "better off." Infact I don`t know of a single poll that has ever shown that more people want obamacare.

richanddead, of the 62% who oppose it, nearly 25% of the total want MORE extensive coverage. See, how math and statistics work? When you show ALL of the facts? And, hey, say whatever you want about the ACA. Try to defund it or repeal it. That`s fine. Try to say Obama`s the worst president ever. All good. I certainly don`t think that the ACA is anywhere nearly as good as a single-payer system, but it`ll certainly be better than what we have now. And recall how people bitched and moaned about Medicare. And now they defend it as if it`s a right. Same idiots decrying the ACA. Some things never change.

258,497 that`s YOUR LINK number for Oct & Nov combined...
227,478 Page 3 says this many have paid, not `just applied` or `were deemed qualified`, correct?
And yet, millions have now signed up.
You`re about 1,700,000 short there buddy...
    Unless December went perfectly... LOLZ!
    >Getting Medi- whatever does NOT count as getting ACA coverage.
    >The deadline is in 8 days for the 5,000,000 who LOST their insurance...

Page 5: 803,077 Total sign up (including medi-) for 2 months.

You honestly believe December will have 3X or 4X the success rate?

And it`s still FAR from 5 million lost...

    LIBERAL MATH:
    800,000 - 5,000,000 = +2,000,000!!! Or more!

    @SmagBoy1:

Where did you pull that number out of? The latest poll shows only 15% of those who oppose it want it expanded. That`s only 9.3% of every one who was polled meaning 52.7% hate it and don`t want it expanded. See, how math and statistics work? The public`s approval for Obamacare is at an all time low, no matter how much sunshine your trying to blow up my rear end. And single payer is that much worse, which is why not even the majority of the most liberal democrats even support it.

VERY interesting @SmagBoy1: How the "December Numbers" are available before December is even over? Or how the Oct and Nov numbers took weeks to be known? Simply UNBELIEVABLE isn`t it?

with traffic reaching one million unique visitors

Dude? "visitors" IS NOT SIGNED UP PEOPLE.
You literally have no idea, do you? Not one single clue...

Only 35% of those questioned in the poll say they support the health care law
    DUDE that`s from YOUR link!
Sixty-two percent say they oppose the law
DUDE you even look at your own link???

    Liberal Math:

62% opposed = more than half Support!

    Because !Bush! that`s why!

5Cats, please look at the breakdown of the 62% of those opposed and realize the percentage of those who think the ACA didn`t go far enough are not "opposed" in the same way you think they are. I know that would require actually reading it, but, please do, since you asked me to provide links.

@SmagBoy1: Opposed either way is still NOT approval. Disregardless of how much you spin it.

    >"Millions" Have -not- gotten insurance, but 5 Million+ have -lost- coverage.
    >The majority of Americans oppose the ACA.
    >When the "Employer Mandate" takes effect? It will be even worse.

    Inconvenient Facts.
