George Clooney? He was okay but Alicia Silverstone was the HUGE as FatGirl was the real flaw in that movie.

Seth Rogen as the Green Hornet. No way he could play a dashing rich playboy hero.

Keanu reeves as Klaatu in The Day The Earth Stood Still. Or any other movie he`s made since SPEED

Barbra Streisand playing a dumb blond in ALL NIGHT LONG...A movie so bad she bought the rights to it so she could burn every copy.

Monica Bellucci as Persephone in Matrix 2.
Adam Sandler in everything he`s ever done.
Nicholas Cage as Johnny Blaze in Ghost Rider.
Nicholas Cage as Cameron Poe in Con Air (not believable as an ex ranger)
George Lazenby as James Bond in On her Majesty`s secret service
George Gaynes as Commadant Lassard in all Police Academy movies after the 3rd one
Halle Berry as Catwoman in Catwoman, although massive kudos for her to pitch up at the Razzies in person to collect her Razzie award.
Sean Connery as Indiana Jones` Dad in Indiana Jones 4.

There`s a subtle difference between "bad casting" (a good role with the wrong actor) and a BAD MOVIE (every actor would be equally awful!).

There have also been "so-so" movies elevated by great casting/acting too...

Some good calls there. Those two definitely spoiled King Kong.

Anything with Tom Cruise. Ditto DiCaprio, for the most part. SHUTTER ISLAND and INCEPTION were good films that were not particularly enhanced by DiCaprio`s presence, although he was surprisingly effective in DJANGO UNCHAINED.

@Fwoggie Sean Connery played Henry Jones Sr in Indiana Jones 3, not four, and he was one of the best things about that film.

"Seth Rogen as the Green Hornet"
I thought the joke was he was NOT supposed to be dashing which emphasized Kato`s bad-assedness.
To me, the problem with that movie was in editing.

Ryan Reynolds as Green Lantern and in Blade 3. When a funny guy is supposed to be playing a serious role, less is more. GL`s editing sucked, also.

Zooey Deschanel - Trillian (Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy) read the book and then watch the movie, she doesn`t fit the part in the slightest. I can deal with the 99,000 other changes to the story, but that is because the movie kept the theme of the book. But Trillian just doesn`t fit.

Ogen, I lurve Zooey ... but I agree, she`s not what I pictured as Trillian at all. I pictured closer to Aeon Flux or Trinity from The Matrix but with longer hair. lol.

... and interested in Arthur? Please.

    @CodeJockey,
GreenHornet - everytime I Seth spoke I heard Mantis from Kung Fu Panda.
I love Ryan Reynolds and Green Lantern was always one of my fave super heroes when I was a kid ... but yeah, the two just don`t go together.
