He changed the credit app. to more favorable terms. Bank agreed to it without reading it.

I`ve heard of people doing things like this on checks they send in for payments. "By cashing this check you agree to..." and the courts have upheld them as binding.

Admittedly, I`ve always been itching to try it or soemthing like this. lol.
