Why do they still use the old-fashioned left-hand-under grip. The ONLY reason that grip ever came into existence is so you could play and march with a drum hanging at your left side. With these drums, or with trap set, it is clumsy and inefficient. Yet drum teacher still teach it. WFT?


This is the ONLY kind of drum that is easier to play with the left-hand-under grip.

This can`t be the actual drumlines. This has to be ROTC or something. Way too many inconsistencies for an armed forces drumline.
